Synopsis: Set against the social and political upheaval of September 11, a young girl and her autistic brother are confronted with loss when they discover their grandfather’s lifeless body. Jedo’s Dead portrays traditional rituals surrounding death and mourning through a child’s perspective. Alone and disoriented, they move through the different stages of human grief — from the most intimate to the inevitably transcendent.
