POINT-MORT(E)
About
THE LEBANESE FILM FESTIVAL IN CANADA
PREMIERE
Point-Mort(e) follows Nay, a young Lebanese woman, on a winter day in Montreal as she travels to a job interview. As she moves through the city, fragments of an unfinished night in Beirut begin to resurface. Suspended between two places and two versions of herself, she navigates ordinary situations while inwardly drifting toward a long-postponed confrontation. The film explores emotional displacement not only as a geographical issue, but as a psychological state.
