The Pickers takes us into the fields of Europe, where our fruits and vegetables are harvested. In southern Italy, Seydou, originally from Mali, picks oranges without a contract, paid by the crate, living in a camp without water or electricity. Like him, a million migrants work in fields across Spain, Greece, and Portugal, often undocumented, underpaid, and exploited. Invisible yet essential, they are the ones who fill the shelves of our supermarkets.
