In this solo expedition, Anabelle Guay undertakes a reimagined triathlon across more than 1,350 kilometers of Quebec’s vast territory:
800 kilometers of bikepacking
300 kilometers of trekking
250 kilometers of ocean rowing
For 68 days, Anabelle faces extreme conditions: scorching heat, violent winds, torrential rains and sea storms. She also discovers breathtaking landscapes, moments of deep gratitude, and encounters with people who leave a mark on her journey.
Some adventures change a life forever and go far beyond sporting achievement. Anabelle carries a message of inclusion in sports and outdoor activities, reminding us that determination and resilience can lead us to unsuspected heights.
Screening followed by a discussion with adventurer and psychology PhD candidate Anabelle Guay, moderated by Caroline Côté. A complimentary drink will be offered after the screening for a friendly moment of conversation and exchange.
