Synopsis: Madagascar, today. Kwame, 20, is trying to make a living in the illegal sapphire mines.
Following an unexpected event, he must return to his hometown, where he reunites with his mother and old friends, but also confronts the corruption plaguing his country.
Torn by conflicting emotions, he will have to choose between easy money and brotherhood, individualism and the awakening of political consciousness.
