Parc at Midnight: peoples choice

A decade in the dark !

Parc at Midnight concludes its 10th edition with a series dedicated to audience picks.

After a retrospective of the films that started the Midnight Movies trend in the 1960s, new classics from directors who have become cult figures, as well as staff favorites, Cinéma du Parc invited the public to vote for their favorite films among the titles that have been presented since its beginnings.

After nearly 1,200 votes, the list clearly reflects the series’ greatest hits and features some of the greatest horror films of all time. Ridley Scott’s ALIEN was voted the most popular film in Parc at Midnight history, winning by a single vote. The lineup also includes Wong Kar-wai’s FALLEN ANGELS, David Cronenberg’s VIDEODROME, Nobuhiko Obayashi’s HOUSE, and Dario Argento’s SUSPIRIA.

Fridays and Saturdays at 9:30 PM and Sundays at 2:30 PM.
